We will be unable to issue any type of refund after our 14-day guarantee has expired.

Upon receipt of your return, it takes us 10-15 business days to process your return and credit your account. The credit will be processed against your original form of payment. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.

Free Return Shipping

Prestige Fashion will pay for the shipping fee associated with authorised domestic returns. Please contact Customer Service to ensure that your return has been authorised. Please note that the original shipping charge is non-refundable.

First orders to be shipped within the United Kingdom are capped at the shipping Price £3.95. So you can purchase as much as you want not worrying, that the shipping price will increase (valid for UK shipments only).
